This is why the car calls for ceramic pads as OEM factory replacements

Either replace you pads with ceramic ones or stop driving so aggressively.

To fix your problem: Replace your now warped rotors with good rotors preferably drilled and slotted, check your calapers for any heat damage, if they are damaged replace them with a speed pro set, next put on a good HiTemp ceramic brake pads, then flush your entire brake fluid system and replace the fluid with silicone brake fluid. The flushing is very critical so take your time and clean it good.
