Ecu/ecm/pcm FUSE...whats it look like?

I cant find the ecu/ecm/pcm fuse.
Im suppose to pull it out.
Turn the ignition key on.
Wait five minutes.
Reinstall

There are three fuse boxes in that car two under the hood under driver side next to the engine and one in the trunk located on the back seat. I know it's not the one in the trunk I believe it's the one that's under the small fuse box in the hood.

2001 Eldorado - brakes go down to 1-2" above floor...had it "fixedf" twice and brakes same. Garage says they are good...They have never been like this until last year and need ur help.
