Front Fan Blower not working

My 05 FS front fan is not working.  A groaning sound can be heard briefly when turning on, but no fan.  Rear fan works fine.  Any help?

A groaning probably means the blower motor is on the way out or something is stopping the fan from moving. Time to rip open the dash to verify.

I have a 2005 ford freestyle I don't know the meaning n sings on the dash board,where can I find their meanings pls
