Along the fuel rail, top of engine, go to Youtube and search "fuel regulator" for your make and model, lots of videos on how to replace them. One DIY tip is to depressurize the fuel rail by removing the fuel pump relay and cranking the car. This will bring fuel pressure down to zero so you can remove regulator without spraying any gas out from the rail/line. After you've replaced regulator, return pump relay and key car on (without starting it) a few times to repressurize fuel rail.

I looked up fuel pump in online parts book, the regulator is back with the fuel pump. The fuel pressure regulator showed to be part of pump assembly. Just my opinion.
