Starts and dies imidietly

I broke my 2003 northstar cadillacs key changed
the ignition cylinder and now it won't stay on for
more than 3 seconds.I need my car to run what
can I do?

I did this on mine. It takes some time but it can be done. Put key in ignition to the on position, security should be flashing. When it stops (about 17 minutes) turn off and put back in the on position, security light flashing. Repeat 2 and turn to start. Should start. I'm not saying it will work but you can try. Cost nothing to do. If no start you will be visiting the dealership or call locksmith that can program keys.

I have a 94 Cadillac SLS it starts up then shuts off in 3 minutes what could it be
