Ford Escape Front End Noise

My 2011 Ford Escape has developed a noise and its driving me crazy. Its a constant thump, thump, thump noise that matches the rotation of the tires. From a dead stop to highway speeds. Noise rotates wamp, wamp, wamp.
1) Re-torqued all lug nuts. They were fine.
2) Rotated tires. Noise still there. Tire are new 30,000 have been rotated regularly.
3) Complete brake job both front and rear with all OEM parts. Thought it might be a out-of-round rotor. Noise still there. Didn't see anything unusual about the brakes. Had new rotars installed at the same time.
4) Shops tell me its not a bearing,  Ive heard anyting from Tire Noise to bad Transaxle

This happen to anyone else?

first see if you can have someone sit in back seat and isolate side/front back/center
