My car started to overheat yesterday and I put
antifreeze in it and got home well when I went to
check it this morning there was no antifreeze in the  
car... I don't know what to do from here HELP

So either you have a massive leak, and that should be noticeable by coolant on the ground, or the headgaskets are blown, check the engine oil color, if it is milky color then for sure the headgaskets are blown.

you can have a pressure test done to see where the leak is. I had the same problem with never anything on the ground, I was losing fluid while driving. Thought it was a head gasket but after the test we saw the radiator leak

I haven't drove it since it over heated.. Went and started it today and now it has white smoke coming from it...

White smoke out of the tail pipe that last more than just a few seconds is not good, usually means a blown headgaskets problem. You can find a lot of information on the Northstar engine on you tube, might be worth looking at some for your information about your vehicle. If you want to know about the numerous sealers that claim to work, if they do work it is only temporary, just to get you to somewhere that you can have it fixed properly.
