well first of all you need to check any fuse boxes for a blown fuse. If there aren't any, pull the radio out and check for any fuses there. Still nothing, check the wiring harnesses to the radio for disconnection or chaffed/burned wires. Last resort, run a multimeter on the radio to check for voltage. If no voltage, you need a new radio. If you find anything and need more help just message me. Good luck

It is either your ASK unit which controls front door speakers and CD players and or it is the Logic 7 Amplifier in the Trunk. Both can be removed easily by you and taken to or sent to a variety of people who work on this exact problem which is historical to this car. This guy supposedly does good work and knows your issue. But you have to send him the units and they return them quickly. He is in Southern California. Check him out at www.Factoryradioservice.com. To help you with further directions, you want to check out The Bimmerfest Forums at Bimmerfest.com and go to the Ask Unit and L7 Repair shop for a major discussion by other numerous 7 Series owners with no audio.

My radio don't work on passenger side and back speaker don't work
