I had a phone synced to my 2006 530I, but now it doesn't work. Screen says Bluetooth communication active and shows signal strength, and I cannot deselect it. Cannot contact bmw services via the system. Is there a way to reset it myself?

Hmmm, I would try resetting your phone, and then turn the bluetooth function off away from the car. Then enter the car and turn it on, then take your phone and enable the bluetooth and see if it connects properly.

I've done all that. The display shows signal strength as if it's connected. The screen shows Bluetooth is active. If u try to make a call it says system unavailable. It's been hung up like this for months. Didn't give any options to pair with a different phone or anything. Is there a fuse I can pull to force it to reset?
