Drain the battery
On a 2003 BMW 525i, have a slow drain on the battery (over night) and i already taken the car to an all electrical shop and they said that is one of the computers that stays on and the computer is over 600.00 dlls plus labor witch i dont have I have tryed to disconnect the battery completlly, hoping that the computer will reset, and it worked for about 4 days but it went back to draining the battery again. Any sugestions???
I would install a battery disconnect switch until I could replace the computer. Check them out on eBay to see what types there are and check out prices at the parts store.
Thanks for the Idea, I didn't know there was a battery kill switch I already research them and they are very reasonable priced. That is whet Im going to do for now
