i own a 1998 528i premium package bmw gps, 6 cd changer, when i want to play my cd , screen says cd error, i go to the trunk and the cartridge wont egect, how do i fix this?

You will need to remove the cd changer and check the fuse on the back of the changer if thats ok then you will need to check power and grounds to the changer if those are ok. Then you will need a new cd changer. Its common on these old cd changers. Hope this helps.
