What is a fair price to pay of a 07 335I with 141k for miles?

I am in the market to buy a 2007/08
bmw 335I. My wallet is dictacting the
year. I am looking at one now that has
everything I want, BUT it has 141.XXX
on the motor.I need some now
wisdom on this.

I would wait for one with lower miles and complete service records- ignore this advice at your peril-
