Why does my oil look milky

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Oil appears milky and the yellow oil light is on.  I already added oil but the light  
keeps going on and off

Milky? Not good. when was the old changed last? Is the coolant level OK? Did the engine overheat recently? Coolant might be mixing with the oil. https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion- c22259_ds585382
