Your description is not very clear. It sounds like there may be something physical and not electrically controlled, a loose clamp, dirty filter, gas filter, etc. It could be the fuel pump. On BMW's they do not always show up on the computer, but there should be a mechanical connector to measure the fuel pressure that is easy to get too. SOunds like you should get another opinion by somebody who knows BMW's and can actually touch and feel the car. Good Luck
