my 1999 323i has no heat and the temp guage shows no heat you check the heat on the motor and there is very litle

If the motor is taking a long time to heat up you need to look into your thermostat being stuck open. On your car you may wanna look into a cooling system overhaul kit since they are such a big problem on those cars.
