Question type: Maintenance & Repair

the door ajar chime keeps going off, when all doors are closed, why

the switch in the door latch is probably dirty. spray some WD-40 into the door latch assembly of the door you suspect is causing the issue.

thank you Mark, but both side doors are now locked and i can not open them, latch does not go up or down and the door ajar alert goes off in sets of 3 for about 2 to 3 times

Anything ever come of this? I ask because I have a 2006 Freestar POS version and my door ajar light and tone keeps going off. I did spray with break cleaner because that will clean better than wd-40. Any ideas?
