Chevy cruze starting problems

I have changed PCV system in chevy cruze 2011.
When I try to start engine, flusher light goes on, all
warning lights goes on wind shield wipers also
goes on spontaneously. Then engine don't start

Maybe you knocked some wires loose when you worked on the PCV which has no connection to the starting system.
