should the water color be redish? in the overflow jug?

i was putting oil in it and noticed that the water color in the jug next to the
radiator is sort of a redish color is this normal?

Some coolant is red in color.

Dex-Cool kinda looks like Cherry Kool-Aid. That's probably what you're seeing. HTH. -Jim
