Probably brake rotors at warped. Need new ones or if you can have them turned/cut at auto shop

You might consider replacement of BRAKE PADS with a good quality set. Something or somebody overheated the Rotors.

Typically its calipers sticking and keeping pads against rotors and overheating. Replace calipers.
