if there's another relay there that matches you can swap them and see if that works , mark them so you know which is which other wise you need an owners manual diagram (on line ?) or a multi tester

When you were checking relays....did you look at the under side of the relay covrer?

Yes I check the relay cover and there was work done on the front driver side due to an accident. When I am pressing the horn I could hear the relay clicking also.

If you are hearing the relay clicking when you operate the horn....then you should go to the horn itself and check for 12 volts DC at the horn terminal when you operate the horn. You should also check the repaired area for missing wires and missing bolts.

OK i check the wiring by horn terminal and I get nothing from the + side but from ground it work. so i assuming I should check the + side back the relay?

I think you are correct.....since we do not have a wiring diagram of the circuit. Do you see any evidence of ...wild life....under the hood by the fuse box where the relays are located?

80

There no wild life there. I run another test and both +/- not working so how can I know the right relay to test

The relay that is clicking when you press on the horn at the steering wheel...should be the horn relay. Did you say you got the horn to work when you put power to the b+ of the horn? How many wires on the horn?
