Bluetooth Why does it have to sync every time I get into the car

I have a 2011 kia sorento ex every time I get in it syncs my phone book. other cars I have
had never did that it only sync once but this one has to do it every time I get in.

When I went back to the dealer they told me it was the radio and replaced it.
