My 2011 ford fiesta is having electrical problems with the ac. Ive had the compressor, clutch, fuse and freon checked and tested and it all works. What else can it be?

Is compressor cutting on at all?As meaning clutch.

No. If i understand correctly its not. But when he hooked it up to his machines and tested everything. They work and its fully charged. Its 150 on the freon and the cut off switch is at 302 and higher so its not over chargered either.

If mechanic has checked all of this,i would think he had checked the ac relay, for fire, then check the ac for fire.IF he did not find fire at compressor would lead to only two thing,s,ac switch it self or bad relay.

Okay. Thank you. I will let my husband know you're suggestions.

With the relay working correctly, it should cut in and out about every 30 secs. If it isn't, it's something like a fridge with a stuck thermostat. as T_S -T suggested , it could be the switch. You should be able to feel the compressor cut in and out. In some cars, especially older ones, the accelerator pedal would pull down a fraction when the compressor cuts in.
