When I hit a bump in my 2010 f-250, it engages 4 low. How do I troubleshoot this problem?
Possibly an electrical short of some kind or maybe a defective transfer case actuator.
Normally you cannot put your truck into 4 low without shifting to neutral and stopping. Is it going into 4 low while you are driving on the road?
I can be at highway speed and it will randomly kick in and bog down.
