I purchased a Superchip for my Ram 2013 Dodge Hemi (5.7). I got an error code 50. Called them a week ago and no call back. I was lucky to get it started it took a while for program to reboot.
Ram 1500 5.7 4X4. Installed a Super-chip. It would not complete and gave me an error
code 49 and initially a 50. Called them and they committed to calling me back in 72
hours. They never did. Today I checked for up dates and sure enough one was in
there. So, I downloaded it and went back at it. Again it was a no go, same error code,
and I was lucky to get it restarted. Their hours su... no-one works weekends or after
5:00 Eastern. Any ideas besides demanding my money back and getting a Bully Dog?
Thanks Col T. Its a 2013. Its a Lone Star Edition 4X4 2013
Disconnect the ECM power, make sure you pull all ECM fuses, let set at least 5 minutes, plug in your bully dog then put all the fuses back in then run your Bully Dog program, if it won't work then there must be a problem with the Bully Dog unit. If it did not work, remove the fuses again to reset the ECM back to factory specs so it will run later.
