my rear heated seats dont work

If I turn them on the light comes on for about 30 seconds and that's it my front one work great. Ram 1500 crew cab 2010 Laramie.

There is an open or shorted circuit in the wiring or the heat pad inside the seat, my checy did the same thing and it was an open in the heat pad, replaced the pad, no more problem.
