I have a 2010 Silverado Z71 5.3 extended cab and it was in good condition. It possibly has two cylinders out now. Was wanting to get a price on it if I decide to sell it.

I would think your truck is worth installing a new engine or rebuilding the one you have. With a bad engine you will not get much.
