I daughter has a 2010 Nissan Murano. She bought it used with an extended warranty. She got it in January. So far she had to replaced the converter and sensors because the car had a check engine lite on.
Now she's having problems with the car.It
stalled at a stop lite and the brakes went to
the floor. We took it to Pep boys for brakes
they showed me the brakes. The brakes are
fine.It did it again on the way home.It was
hesitating very bad after a stop.I( her
mother) told her maybe we need to take it
to the dealership before the warranty goes
out.This is a mess.I hope it's not the
trans. We put a whole lot of money in the
car already.I told her if it's another problem
we have to sale it and take the lose. I'm very
disappointed with Nissan. We bought it and
couldn't enjoy it.The features are nice but
mechanical problems are too costly we
can't afford it.I don't want her to keep it and
more problems arise. We lost a lot of money
Not sure why you didn't take it back to the shop that will honor your extended warranty. Sounds like the classic alternator failure that is common to the Murano. Have it diagnosed and replaced if necessary. Should take care of your stalling and brake issue. You shouldn't need to sell it, an easy fix.
