are you using decent fuel ? also if your truck calls for premium and you don't use premium that will cause knock as well

Yes I am using decent fuel, specs call for regular and that's what I use. I suppose if I am going on a trip I could use premium what the heck its only a another $20. - $25 to fill her up out her in CA. Maybe I try a Octane booster and see what happens.

octane booster is a joke for real,, it don't do anything,, just use better fuel and see what happens, also if you have a check engine light get it scanned

did you get it sorted out ?? let me know if the higher octane helped out,,, if not there is a reason and would like to get it sorted out,,, one thing being a bad cat or knock sensor etc,,, so let me know alright

like I said before, octane boosters don't work it would take a gallon of it to do what they claim, their snake oil nothing more, just fill up with a higher octane fuel and your good, but I would do it soon as you don't want to be driving around with your engine knocking, sooner or later and most likely sooner, your going to damage something that way,, need to figure out what the problem is and fix it
