windows won't go up.

2010 mini cooper S John Cooper neither windows will go up. Battery went dead
do to radio left on, so i charged the battery and now both windows won't go up.
All the fuses are fine. I was told it's a programming issue.y

There is a recall on the FRM module that has been extended. Check with your closest MINI dealer. I got a new one at no charge last fall.
