Trunk won't start
Was driving my 2010 f150. Stopped a stop light.
Once green I took off and it died on my in middle of
intersection. Put into park to try and fire it back up.
But nothing. Doesn't even try and turn over at all.
Lights all work. Beeping from key in ignition still
works. Radio does not work. And I could not get it
out of park. Any ideas what this could be
Check fuses. If all fuses are check battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight
Check the battery. Insufficient voltage will cause the safety switch not to operate, thus remaining in park. If you jump the truck with another battery, and it comes out of park, then the problem is with the battery and possibly the alternator not maintaining the charge.
