my ford f150 has a low speed vibration. usually it happens while cornering from a complete stop.
I thought that maybe it was the transmission but it goes into reverse and drive good plus theres no slippage or delays.
Could be a bad/unbalanced tire, bad hub bearing, CV joints, or if you feel it when applying brakes, a warped rotor. I'd start with the simplest thing first, the tires, if you rotate them you might see the problem move.
After you check the easy things check and see if you have a two piece drive shaft. My 2010 experienced the same thing, plus the feeling of a light bump when coming to a stop. There was a TSB on the problem and it was fixed by replacing a bushing or seal plus using a special formula grease.
