2010 ford f150 xl 2wd not starting dash lights out not cranking fuses good why?

my truck is a 2010 ford f150 xl 2 wheel drive i put wheels on the truck and
didnt get my sensors put in to it i had subs hooked up and  put halo
headlighs on the truck aswell since all of this my truck while driving said the
parking break light was on the tire pressure monitor fault was on traction
control would turn on and off and in the resent events the truck will not turn
on it will click from the fuse boxs when  i turn the key the lights come on
slowly doent tell me what gear im in or anything could this be a wiring
problem? when it runs if it idles it will sound like a cam the truck only has 80
thousand miles on it no problems before adding all the shit which ive
removed the subs now

my dash lights also dont work and its starting to do all kinds of random stuff but runs normal when driving


What is the voltage on the battery when you apply a multi-meter set to 12Volts DC?
