after being away from home for 6 wks key fob will not open vehicle. don't have
a manual....... is there a way to access an emergency key until i can get new
battery to try ?

did you try opening the driver door with the key?

what make and model car? I'm sure you can google, most key fobs have a manual key inside for manual entry incase the battery dies.

there should be a key inside of the keyfob, there is a slide on the fob and the key will slide out. you will need 2 working fobs to make a new fob. so do that before one dies.
