Jumping a HiTech vehicle is getting to be a no no anymore just due to voltage spikes it can cause and ruin the vehicles electronics. Get it checked out, it is possible that it damaged the throttle stepper motor or even the PCM.

Could be on Eco mode to on the dash where you see your rpm and engine temp there is a small black stick that you can push so push it and scroll the menu and see what is there if you have eco mode just take it to other modes there)

You Could Have An Issue With Either The Throttle Body Or The Drivetrain. My Nissan Versa Note SV Did It All The Time Occasionally.
