drivers side brakelight doesn't work. I assume both R and L brakelights are on one fuse. Could the tail light relay be bad?

Have you changed the bulb? that's where to start, and has nothing to do with taillights wiring and relay

That is the under hood fuse/junction box above. There is another stop/taillight fuse , #1 in cabin fuse box, under dash drivers side
