I have a 2010 nissan sentra ser and the ac pulley is going just wondering if there was a way to disable it untill i can get it fixed
the bearings are going in the pulley and needs to be replaced just dont have the money for
it was wondering if it can be turned off until i can get it fixed
IF there is enough space, you can bypass the ac pulley by using a shorter belt. You can measure the length with a string. This said, you're better off replacing the whole pulley or its bearing while you have your hands dirty. It's almost as easy.
