Always a bad regulator and cable assembly. Check out on ebay for your car's particular model, and you will find the assembly there. Don't let anyone sell you into repairing your regulator motor.....its cheaper to buy the new assembly including the cables, and PLEASE repair it yourself. Its simple, and takes an hour if you are doing it for the first time. The shops charge you between 300-800 depending your car. The motor assembly just costs between 50-75 bucks generally.
