Heater stop working

Actuator door in blower box stuck,or bad actuator motor.

Number 2,actuator door.


Does it only have 2? I have only been able to locate 1 on the left and one on the right as you facing the console and the one on thee left opens and closes as I adjust the temp and the one on the right controls the vents.
