My 2010 Subaru outback has a low sputtering. I just seafoamed it not too long ago, and I'm thinking that it is a problem with the spark plugs. The fans aren't working in the front. Any thoughts?

A three year old car should not need plugs or seafoam. Plugs should last 80,000-100,000 miles and seafoam isn't necessary when the engine has had regular oil changes. You can try some plugs if you wish. I would recommend a premium plug like a iridium or platinum.
