Help please I don't know what wrong with my car ????

Hyundai Elantra 2010 GLS touring over 167,000
miles this problem started happened 3weeks ago ..
It's started hard when driving straight like metal lose
or rolling ball noise on the left I thought something
was broke I have new struts and springs ,new
control arms ,new tire rods ,new brake and rotors
4months ago .. And new wheel hub and wheel
bearings Now that everything it fix the noise calm
down but now the noise it's still there .when the car
in parked I move the wheel left and right a little the
wheel make a sway noise and I hear the noise by
the driver pedal .. Noise on left driver side .. When I
come to a stop at the light or stop sign it makes a
thump sound no sound when turning but when the
noise about the start I feel the wheel a little lose or
shake the it start knock ,or clunking like something
lose or broking  like metal hitting or metal balls
hitting .. Had 3 mechanics look at the car they said
that there was nothing else wrong with the car but
the noise is still there but not loud but it's there

Kinda sounds like a worn out CV joint, have they ever been replaced?
