ABS light on, danger to drive without repair of $350?
My 2010 Hyundai Elantra ABS light on after 90,000
miles services at dealer? Disappeared and back
again 3 times, any danger to drive with ABS light
What you need to be aware of is the increased stopping distance that you will have in a panic stop as the brakes will now lock up during one, when the light is on the ABS is off so it will work just like old style brakes, so if you are old enough and drove those hind of cars it should not be a problem for you, if all you have driven is vehicles with ABS then drive with care and leave a little more distance between cars and you should be fine, but get it fixed when you can, nothing worse than having a light on that should not be especially during night driving.
