Headlight

Asked by Ash582 Nov 04, 2016 at 07:19 PM about the 2010 Chevrolet Traverse 1LT AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have changed the light bulb in the driver side but
the headlight still doesn't work? Any suggestions
on how to fix or to take out the headlight
assembly?

It is fairly common for the headlight power wire to go to the left light then jumper to the right. I suspect that wire is cut or damaged. You might need to pull the left lamp and verify that there are two wires going into the socket, without a wiring diagram you don't know the routing but try and follow that wire from the left bulb to the right and see if there is a place it could get damaged.

Driver side high beam and passenger side high and low beam are out... tried a new high/low beam relay and had same results. What do I need to do to get all 4 beams working... only have one ( driver side low beam)?
