Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have two problems with my 2010
Ford Escape. When I bought the car
the AC didn't work. The dealer
promised to fix it. They found a
coolant leak and fixed it but when
they were done 2 things didn't work.
The AC/heat didn't work on settings
1,2 or 3 and the horn no longer
worked. I think they screwed
something up while fixing the AC.

Sounds like the fan/blower speed control resistor. It was very easy to replace on my 2008. It's behind the glove box. Two screws, plugs right in. Bought it online for less then $30.
