Executive Motors in Miami is using false advertising. Can you sanction them?
CarGuru's has Executive Motors listing a 2010 Mercedes E350 Coupe as $22,950.00.
Once the credit application is completed they ask if you've read the "fine print", which doe
not exist. They then raise the price by $4,000.00. It's false advertising and "bait and
switch". Why are they allowed to do this on your site?
If you want to ask the bigguru your question, click the orange (?) at bottom right of this page, they will not see it here, this is a public forum.
There are many people in Florida (including name brand dealers) that will tell you to never buy ANY used car from any dealer in South Florida. The problems generally come from Dade and Broward county dealers.
