What should I do about my minivan that was in an accident before I owned it?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I purchased a minivan on April 2018. October 2018, I brought the van into the
dealership I purchased it from because of noise and it was driving funny. The
Service Advisor adamantly told me I was in an accident, in which I'll deny to this
day. He said the repairs were expensive, and suggested that I should call my
insurance company. He said the insurance company will pay for it minus my
deductible. Almost two years later and more extensive, and expensive repairs,
a different mechanic ask me if I was in an accident. Currently, I have purchased
the Carfax. It stated the van was in an accident 0n November 01, 2015. I was
not aware of this information until now. What should I do?

Depending on what state you live in and bought the car from look up your laws on it, where im from when you buy a vehicle if it has nothing but issues or has the same issue 2 or 3 times (dont remember for sure how many times exactly) then they call it a lemon which they have what they call the "lemon law" if where your from has this law then google and read about it and see if you possibly have a "lemon" and if u do then follow the law on getting it taken care of. Not to be in your business or anything if you don't mind me asking, did you buy it right then and there or have a payment and if you did payments are you currently still making payments on it?! Good luck but stand up and be loud and clear while killing them with kindness and stand your ground and get stuff taken car of asap I'd most definitely get rid of that and make them put u in something else if you're still paying on it but you also got a carfax done on it and either someone lied on it or they altered it, did they give you the carfax or did you do it yourself?

And also Good luck on everything and hope it gets handled properly for you without any hassle or having to go throw the law at them about it if your state has a law to protect people from getting stuck with someone elses problems, if your state does have a law I really hope that what your dealing with falls into the law to help you out I just dont know since you've gotten it in 2018 but i wish you the best and hopefully you will be put into a better vehicle!
