Ok,inside my cars vent,,it makes a crakeling noise kind of,wen u put cards to a bike,,and i like to know how can i fix it,,by a changing a fuse,or ?

Sounds like something might be stuck in the blower motor. Like a leaf. Have you cleaned the air intake, and or replaced the cabin air filter recently? http://www.carcarekiosk.com/video/2008_Chevrolet_Impala_LT_3.5L_V6 _FlexFuel/air_filter_cabin/replace
