2010 Chevy Impala "battery saver active" keeps coming on

Asked by Mar 24, 2016 at 10:50 AM about the 2010 Chevrolet Impala LS

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had to replace my battery and cables due
to corrosion, the dealership wanted to
charge me $1,000 for the repair. Went
to autozone to get a battery thinking it
would stop the message frm coming on
but it didn't. So I still ended up letting the
dealer change out both the negative and
positive cable and the message still comes
on. Is there anybody still having the same
problem

Not in my area. If they charged you a grand for that take it back and tell them your not satisfied with the work and the light is still on. Someone didn't double check their work.
