2010 Chevy Impala. I am not able to heat or cool vehicle while parked. I turn it on, fan works and air blows, but does not start heating or cooling until I am actually driving. Can you help?

Yes very easy fix. First check antifreeze could be low, if that's not it you need to check thermostat, and flush your system! And that should fix it
