2010 impala clicking noise after pressing brake and continues after driving for about 20 miles. Then goes away after acceleration. Does happen all the time. It's like something is stuck.
this might help you out theres a metal sensor that lets you know when you need breaks sometimes they get bent and could be rubbing or if that year has the metal clip that holds the break shoes in place could be lose
Thanks meant to say doesn't happen all time change my brakes 3 months ago .last week my Machenic said if it doesn't happen all the time the clips could shift sometimes but not worry what you think?
I had the same thing and tried several tire garages to no avail. I finally found an authorized Chevy mechanic who discovered the brake caliper bracket had seized and where not GM recommended parts. Works perfectly now with no more clicking!
