Fuel pump 2010 cobalt

So the person I bought my car from put a new fuel pump in I
think but the wired it to the ignition fuze it will work once it
starts but not priming from it so it won't start but I would like
to not have a wire coming off my ignition fuze

Seems unlikely. Why would someone change the way its wired instead of simply plugging it in the way the factory intended it. I'd say you've got another problem. And if you're not even sure if the fuel pump has actually been replaced, I'd say you've got some trouble shooting to do first before you start trying to "fix" things.
